These terms apply to users who access the 35VPN website, create an account, purchase a subscription, or use related cross-border network acceleration services. Please read and understand the following before using the service. Creating an account, submitting an order, or continuing to use the service means that the user accepts these terms and the concurrently published Privacy Policy.
Service Scope and Applicability
35VPN provides network acceleration services for cross-border access and access to international websites, with routes covering 120+ countries / 250+ routes and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan subscriptions, traffic allowances, route access information, and client download entry points. The routes, platforms, and features available to each user are based on the actual services delivered in the user panel.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages are used against the purchased allowance until exhausted and never expire. A subscription grants the user the right to use the service within its valid scope and does not transfer ownership of routes, software, domains, or other technical resources.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route usage, and settings changes initiated within their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should promptly change their password and review the account status.
Subscriptions support simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices managed by the subscribing user. This rule does not permit publicly sharing an account, subscription details, or access with unrelated third parties. Users may not resell, rent out, or distribute subscriptions; charge others through top-ups, shared-use arrangements, or other methods; or copy delivery information to establish a similar service.
Requirements for Compliant Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm whether specific access activities meet those requirements. The service must not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others’ legitimate rights, distribution of malware, unauthorized system access, interference with network facilities, or fraud.
Users may not use subscriptions for automated abuse, maliciously consuming route resources, or disrupting normal service operations. Users are responsible under applicable rules for content they publish, transmit, obtain, or process. After receiving a valid compliance request, 35VPN may take necessary action regarding relevant accounts and usage records.
Service Availability and Limits of Liability
Cross-border connections may be affected by carrier routing, target service policies, network maintenance, user device settings, and events beyond reasonable control. Connection results may therefore vary by time and location. 35VPN maintains routes and the user panel within a reasonable scope, but does not guarantee that any particular route, region, or external service will always be accessible.
Planned maintenance, emergency fault handling, or changes to external infrastructure may cause brief service interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 35VPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by network failures beyond reasonable control, changes to external platforms, user configuration errors, or device environment issues. Users should retain important materials and select suitable routes and connection modes for their actual needs.
Suspension, Termination, and Changes
If an account violates these terms, is used for unlawful purposes, resells or publicly shares a subscription, interferes with service operations, or submits false transaction information, 35VPN may restrict relevant features, suspend the service, or terminate the account based on the nature of the issue. Necessary explanations may be displayed in the user panel before or after action; matters requiring lawful cooperation will be handled as applicable.
Users may stop renewing and end their use after the subscription expires. Information handling after account termination follows the Privacy Policy. These terms may change due to updates to the service, operational processes, or applicable rules. The updated version will be published on this page with the latest revision date. Continued use of the service after the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content.
Refund Policy
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. The processing result and subsequent status are based on the records in the user panel.
After a refund is completed, the corresponding subscription and its provided access rights will no longer be available. The refund policy is independent of account actions; if usage involves requirements under applicable laws and regulations, 35VPN may still take necessary measures under the compliant-use rules in these terms.
